International Addresses: Outside Of The U.S., It Takes 2-3 Weeks To Receive Your Order, However, Please Allow Up To 1 Month, As We Cannot Control Any Unexpected Delay.

International Destinations, Your Shipping Fee Will Be Charged At Checkout.
Returns And Exchanges
If Your Not In Love With Your Purchase, We Will Accept Return Items Within 14 Business From Date Of Delivery. A Store Credit Or Gift Card Will Be Issued For The Return Merchandise. Blacque Onyx Apparel Is Not Responsible For Return Shipping Fees Except For Wrong Items Received. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable Unless The Item Is Out Of Stock Or Canceled Prior To Shipping. Items Received After 14 Business Days Will Be Subject To A 20% Restocking Fee. Blacque Onyx Apparel Will Not Accept Any Items Returned With Obvious Signs Of Wear And Cannot Accommodate Damages After Wear. Returns That Do Not Meet Our Policy And Items Received After 30 Days From Date Of Delivery Will Not Be Accepted. An Email Notification Will Be Sent To You Once Your Package Has Been Received And Processed By Blacque Onyx Apparel Along With Your Credit Information. All Marked As Final Sales Are Final, No Refunds Will Be Issued. Sorry, We Do Not Accept Returns On Bodysuits, Swimwear and Intimate Apparel.
Return Procedure:
Enclose The Original Packing Slip From Your Package, Find The Item(S) That You Are Returning And Write Down The Quantity You Are Returning On The "Return" Field Next To Each Item. You Can Also Briefly State The Reason For Your Return Next To The Item. Ship The Item Back To The Address On The Package Or Your Packing Slip. If You Have Lost Your Packing Slip, You Can Also Print Out One Of Emails We Sent You With The List Of Items You Ordered.
Please Allow Us 1-2 Weeks To Process Your Return Once Blacque Onyx Apparel Receives Them.
All items returned will be inspected before a store credit or gift card is issued.
